I reserve all rights to my patterns, both free and for sale.
All patterns remain the property of rainyday stitches/Sundrop Village at all times.
Any pattern you obtain from my site or shop may be used for personal use only, unless stated explicitly elsewhere in these terms. You cannot redistribute, reproduce, or loan patterns from my website or store without prior permission from myself, Michelle Harper, owner of rainday stitches/Sundrop Village.
You cannot re-work my patterns for your own use, in whole or in part. You cannot produce any variations or derivative works based on or using my designs.
Handmade Goods
You may sell items that you make from my patterns on the following conditions:
- You are a small independent business
- You make all of the items yourself
- You credit me as the designer, and provide a link to my website when selling items
Teaching Materials
If you wish to use any of my tutorials or patterns for use in non-commercial organised teaching or workshop settings please remember to credit me for my work. You may not re-work, or use produce a derivative of my tutorials or patterns in whole or in part without gaining prior permission from myself, Michelle Harper, owner of rainyday stitches/Sundrop Village.
You may not use my patterns and tutorials for any teaching and workshops where any payment is required or money exchanges hands between yourself and others without prior permission from myself, Michelle Harper, owner of rainyday stiches/Sundrop Village.

Charity
If you are a charity then you are free to use any of my tutorials or patterns (free or paid) to either teach or make items to sell. If you are an individual or group that makes items to raise money for charities then you are free to sell any items made using my patterns with the condition that you will not redistribute my pattern to anyone who is not explicitly making items for the charity in question.

The written content, and any photographs created on this website belong to me, and are not to be reproduced, copied or re-worked in any form for use, commercial or non commercial.
Tutorial Copyright
Teaching Workshops
You may use my tutorials and patterns for use in workshops and teaching where payment is not required. If a paid pattern is used then individual copies must be bought for each person using it.
Neither my patterns nor my tutorials can be used for any profit making or commercial purposes.
Sharing
Sharing of my free patterns and tutorials are allowed for the purpose of teaching or making for charity as long as they are used in a non-commercial and my work is credited to me. You cannot re-work my words, or use my pictures in any work that has not been produced by me.
